Parks & Beaches:      You will not be disappointed with any of the beautiful beaches and relaxing parks that Santa Barbara has to offer. However, there are a few standouts worth a mention. Alice Keck Park - Centered in the heart of downtown, Alice Keck is the prettiest park in Santa Barbara offering views of the Riviera, a pond with walking bridge and gazebo and a botanic garden paradise. Kids World - Alameda Park is directly across from Alice Keck and is the home of the best playground in town. Kids World is a masterpiece of slides, swings, bridges and the like which was funded and built by local volunteers. Santa Barbara Botanic Garden - Tucked away in the foothills this 65 acre retreat has a gorgeous mountain view backdrop and offers 5 miles of trails amidst a plethora of native trees, plants and flowers.
